Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work at your property went badly, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Still, let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please understand that Hiringgray Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email. Then we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and send you a reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
